- CSI-TMB5 is an economical and efficient Beta-Crystalline nucleating agent for polypropylene which can induce Beta-Crystalline to obtain Beta-Crystalline polypropylene having high Beta-Crystalline content to give the products good impact resistance, heat distortion resistance and high porosity.
- CSI-TMB5 is especially suitable for use in PP random pipes, automobiles, household appliance and other modified products which demand high impact resistance and heat distortion resistance, and also use in the production of high porosity printable films such as PP man-made paper.

- CSI-TMB5 is an economical and efficient nucleating agent for polypropylene and it has the advantages of improving the rate of crystallization, crystallinity and Beta-Crystalline conversion, thereby gives the products excellent impact resistance, heat distortion resistance and high porosity.
The testing data show that adding 0.3% CSI-TMB5 to homo PP and random copolymer PP,
The Beta-Crystalline conversion is as high as 90%, impact strength and heat distortion temperature are dramatically raised, and the former is increased by 4~5 times, the latter is as high as about 127 ℃.
- It features a combination of enhancing clarity, stiffness, surface gloss, thermal distortion temperature and other physical and mechanical properties. Compare to other Beta-Crystalline nucleating agents, CSI-TMB5 has the advantages of non-coloring, improving the deformability of products and excellent Beta-Crystalline stability. CSI-TMB5 can be blended with PP powder directly, and also carry through secondary processing after being incorporated into master batch.
- The recommended level is 0.1~0.3% of PP base.
