Application
- Flame retardant masterbatch based on organic phosphinate/silicon synergist, mainly used for halogen-free flame retardant modification of PA6 and PA66

- Solve the problems of uneven feeding and difficult dispersion of powder flame retardants, stable melt pressure during processing, and low production consumption

- The obtained fuel-resistant nylon has low acid hydrolysis degree, good heat and humidity resistance, and a very small amount of precipitation under high temperature and high humidity environment

- The obtained fuel resistance has high thermal stability, less air trapping during continuous injection molding, and good appearance of injection molded products

- It can be directly injection-molded after mixing with glass fiber reinforcement, which can maintain the physical properties to the greatest extent and shorten the production cycle of downstream enterprises
